How do I register and book?
Choose your setting and open its Onside Live booking website. Create an account, add your child’s details and check the available sessions. Complete checkout to confirm your booking.
Can I use Tax-Free Childcare or childcare vouchers?
Yes. Transfer to the correct provider, send your payment confirmation to your setting’s team and wait for the credit to appear before completing your booking. See the payment steps.
Does a payment transfer reserve my place?
No. Transferring money does not book or reserve sessions. Complete your booking on your setting’s website once the credit has been applied.
Can I book ad hoc sessions?
Availability and ad hoc prices vary by setting. Coten End does not offer ad hoc bookings. Check your setting’s booking website for the available options.
Where can I find the policies for my setting?
